This house is a rectangular, side gabled Mission inspired cottage with a three-ranked fa ade and central entry. The house features stuccoed walls, and diamond pane casement windows in sets of three. The front elevation includes a gabled entry porch (one bay) which shelters a paneled door with glass panes within a simple surround. The house has a new roof pierced by a central corbelled chimney. The roof overhangs are broad with fascia, exposed rafters and purlins.
