E-5 is well protected from the elements yet is close enough to the marina entrance that coming to and going from the slip is a breeze. Marina amenities include power, fresh water, full restrooms, well lit parking, locked and monitored entrance, and cable/phone/internet connections. Limited passes to the pool also exist.
