As Overgard would lock himself in his spacious home studio and work from 9pm to 6am, it's hard to imagine a piece of comic art, made in this very studio which still remains in tact today (custom drafting desks, books, artifacts, original drawings and all), became the basis of a Roy Lichtenstein painting that sold at auction for $43 million...... In addition to the main farmhouse, (3600+ square feet, original built-ins, antique fixtures, 5 fireplaces - one 6' wide!), partially renovated by the current owner with designer bathrooms and fairytale master suite, sits a Post-Revolutionary barn with new metal roof.
